Bloggers, hand held palm cameras and even cell phone cameras have seemed to make reporters out of the everyday person. How can your department thwart any problems that might arise from this instant media?

What does it say on the side of your truck? How is a person to know what fire department you are with if it says CVFD? We need to re-think how we communicate the fire department and be known more than just the guys in the big red trucks.
